Our story

Why FluidOps exists

Because managing a project should never be harder than the project itself.

01

The problem

Small teams almost always know what they want to achieve. But they juggle a spreadsheet, a messaging app and tools built for large companies: too expensive, too complex, too broad. The result: more time spent organizing the work than doing it.

02

The idea

Bring together, in one place, what is usually scattered: Kanban, sprints, Gantt, but also the methods that help you think, like 5 Whys, Ishikawa or the pre-mortem. And add a helping hand: an AI assistant for the tasks that eat up time.

03

The conviction

The solution is often simple. What’s missing is the right tool at the right moment to guide the thinking. FluidOps doesn’t ask you to learn a vocabulary: it asks what your problem is, then points you to the right method.

A method is only worth something if it is understood before it is named.

Our conviction
Our values

What guides our choices

Clarity

A tool you can understand in one sentence, with no opaque vocabulary.

Autonomy

AI suggests, the team decides: you stay in charge of every decision.

Trust

A project that stays readable from the first day of planning to delivery. On data: consent first, compartmentalized access.

Team spirit

Creating together, in a world that is becoming more individual: community is part of the project from day one.

One person, one product, one address

FluidOps is designed, built, launched and supported by one person, in France. It is a choice as much as a constraint: every decision has a face, and user feedback goes straight to the person making the product.

Milestones

Where we come from, where we are heading

  • FluidOps goes live, in English, French and Spanish.

  • The product grows with your feedback: methods, AI assistant, calendar, community.

  • Growing the community space: sharing projects, helping each other, getting inspired.
